Your 3 day food diary will be analysed using specialised software and you will receive a report detailing levels of individual macro-nutrients (protein, carbohydrates, fats) and micro-nutrients (vitamins and minerals). The report also includes recommendations of foods to reduce and add to your diet to correct any imbalances.
