We believe nutrition education is essential for changing and improving people’s diets.
Our talks and workshops aim to spread the word about benefits of eating well to audiences of different ages and backgrounds.
They contain a bit of science, explaining how the body works, how it responds to what we eat and the role of food in health and disease. However, the main focus is on everyday nutrition. We talk about actual products, share practical tips, provide recipes, basically real-life situations and solutions for healthier lifestyle. Smaller group sessions also include hands on activities and tasting.
